Counseling

Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

Counseling is a safe space to overcome obstacles, repair relationships, and start a new chapter. Every counselor here uses a mix of empathetic listening, research-backed techniques, and soul-mending exercises to help clients identify and reach their goals.

Pat Ward

Pat Ward, LPC-S

Founder, The Homeward Collective

Pat founded The Homeward Collective. He uses a wide range of research-backed methods and enjoys working with clients from every walk of life as they get past the things that are in their way. Along with individuals, couples, and families, he works with leaders who want their businesses, organizations, and ministries to be healthy places.

He came to counseling after a decade leading a church in Oxford, and the practice still reflects both. His work pairs what he learned in pastoral ministry with the clinical training from his Masters in Clinical Mental Health at the University of Louisiana Monroe. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an approved Supervisor in Mississippi, and his telemental health certification means he can see clients anywhere in the state.

Getting started

Three steps, and none of them are complicated.

Reach out

Call or text 662.709.7714, send an email, or book straight into the calendar online. If you would rather ask a question first, ask it. Nobody is going to push you into an appointment.

Come to a first session

The first hour is mostly you talking and us listening for the places in your story worth going back to. By the end of it you should have a sense of whether this is a fit.

Decide what happens next

If it is a fit, we build a plan together and get to work. If it is not, we will say so and point you toward counselors we trust.

You are ready for this search to be over.

Book a first session, or call and ask whatever you need to ask before you do.
